Microsoft Teams Approvals with DocuSign
Learn how to enable the Approvals app to access your DocuSign Manage tab from within Microsoft Teams.
Setting Up the Approvals App
- Launch Microsoft Teams. A) In the left column toolbar, click or tap the three-dots icon. A prompt appears. B) In the search field, type Approvals to reveal the app. C) Select the Approvals app.
- The Approvals app icon now appears in your Teams toolbar. To keep the Approvals app in your toolbar, click or tap the Approvals icon and select Pin.
- When you select the Approvals icon, the Approvals hub opens. Select DocuSign. Click or tap the Sign in button. Then log in to DocuSign.
Using the Approvals App
- The Sent tab lists DocuSign envelopes you initiated. Select an approval from the list to see its detailed status.
- Select an item from the Received tab to review and act on a request.
- Note: The Approvals app does not include envelopes that are in the Sandbox Developer Accounts.
