Microsoft Software Center - Windows 11 In-Place Upgrade
Upgrading your computer from Windows 10 to Windows 11 using the In-Place upgrade.
This in-place upgrade will keep all files, documents, and programs. It is estimated to take 1-2 hours. You may start the upgrade at your convenience using the following steps.
1. In the Start Menu search box, type Software Center.
2. Click on the Software Center App icon.

3. In the Software Center window, click on the Operating Systems tab, choose the Windows 11 In-Place Upgrade,

4. Click Install.

The download of Windows 11 will start in the background, and you will still be able to use your computer until a restart is required. After the restart, your computer will not be usable until the upgrade has been completed. Please follow all prompts after your initial login.
Try this workaround if the Windows 11 upgrade is not in the Software Center or the installation fails.
