- In the envelope view, click or tap the Correct button.
- In the top-right corner, select Advanced Options.
- Under the Expiration Settings.
- Use the drop-down menu to select a new duration (e.g., 60 days).
- Or select Custom Days to enter a specific number of days until expiration.
Step 3: Save and Finalize the Correction
- Click or tap Next in the bottom-right corner.
- Skip adding new fields unless needed.
- Click or tap Correct to finalize the changes.
Step 4: Verify the Update
- Refresh your Docusign page.
- The envelope should no longer appear under Expiring Soon.
Final Notes
Avoid letting envelopes expire unnecessarily, as this requires recipients to restart the process. Proactively extending expiration dates can help maintain momentum and reduce administrative burden.
