Installing Faculty_Staff_PrintWise on macOS

Faculty and staff using Marquette-issued devices should see the Faculty_Staff_PrintWise driver automatically installed. If you are Faculty or Staff and are attempting to install the printer drivers on a personal Mac device, please follow these instructions instead.

Reminder! You might not need to install a driver to print. See Easiest way to print: PrintWise@marquette.edu to learn more.

Note your device must use MU Secure Wi-Fi, the wired network, or VPN to successfully install the Faculty_Staff_PrintWise driver.

macOS: Installing PrintWise for Faculty and Staff

This software requires macOS Mojave 10.14.6 or later.

1. While on the open Desktop, select the Self Service icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen, and then select Get Software.

2. With Self Service open, select Catalog from the menu on the left-hand side of the window. Then navigate to the entry labeled Faculty_Staff_PrintWise and select Install.

3. You are all set to use Printwise! Select Faculty_Staff_Printwise from the printer options in the printer dialogue to print to the queue, and then swipe your MUID at any MFD on campus to see your print jobs.
