JAMF Self Service for Macs

Software that is not installed on university-owned computers by default can easily be installed using JAMF Self Service on macOS.

Find and Open Self Service

While on the open Desktop with Finder displayed in the top-left corner, select Go > Applications.

Once the Applications window is open, find and double-click Self Service. The applications are usually in alphabetical order.

With Self Service open, select the software you want to install by clicking the install icon. Or if it's software you are having issues with, use the Reinstall feature. Your software will be installed in the background while you work. Note: Some software may need additional licensing to use (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Pro).
