Getting Help with Qualtrics Surveys

What's Qualtrics?
Qualtrics XM is a web-based survey/form tool for students, faculty, and staff. To access Qualtrics, go the Qualtrics Login. Then enter your Marquette username and password.
Qualtrics Login Troubleshooting
Having a problem logging into Qualtrics? Answer these three troubleshooting questions.
- Does your Qualtrics login URL contain “marquette” — marquette.pdx1.qualtrics.com/login?
- Did you enter your Marquette username — and not your Marquette email address — for the Qualtrics login?
- Can you log in to CheckMarq with your Marquette username and password? If you can’t log in to CheckMarq, you need help with your Marquette account. Call the IT Services TechSquad at (414) 288-7799.

Contacting Qualtrics Technical Support
Qualtrics offers online documentation and provides 24/7 technical support via chat, phone, or email.
- Go to the Qualtrics Support login.

Key Step: Select the Sign on with SSO link.
- An organization ID login prompt appears. Enter Marquette as the Organization ID.
- Qualtrics asks you to sign in with your organizational account. Enter your Marquette username and password.
- The Qualtrics Customer Success Hub appears. Select Get Technical Support and choose from the support options.

- Qualtrics refers to Marquette's Qualtrics contact as the brand administrator.
- The Office of Institutional Research and Analysis (OIRA) serves as brand administrator.
