Look Up Microsoft 365 Licenses in Use

You can install Microsoft 365 for free on up to five personally owned computers (Windows or macOS) and up to five mobile devices. Follow these steps to track how many Microsoft 365 licenses you have installed.

Go to microsoft365.com and login with your Marquette credentials (golden.eagle@marquette.edu).
In the upper right, select your profile icon.
A drop-down menu appears. Click or tap View Account.
The "My Account Page" appears. On the "Office apps" tile, click or tap Manage.
The "Apps & devices" page appears. Under the "Office" section, note the "Devices" heading. Click or tap the DEVICES arrow.
A listing appears, identifying your devices with Microsoft 365 installed.

Tip: If you see devices in the list that you no longer use, you can free up the license. For the relevant device, select Sign out and confirm sign out. It can take up to 72 hours for Microsoft 365 to recognize that you signed out of the device.
